Sparta built the core areas consisting of the high specification service risers and office to core partitions as well as the bathroom and shower rooms. Our core works also included the metal ceiling systems in these locations which were finished to a high standard and boasted some impressive shadow details. We were also responsible for installing the internal linings to the external walls which included the installation of cavity fire breaks to ensure the building was future proof from a Fire Strategy point of view.

We worked closely with the M&E to ensure that the lift lobby ceilings were as well planned as possible which allowed us to utilise off site cutting of holes for services, which created less waste and straight forward service integration.
